Events included in municipal cultural programs are eligible for a 50% discount. Costs may be increased if staff is required outside working hours.
No, participants in your gastronomy event do not pay an entrance fee.
Yes, but they are simple:
– Only LED lighting is allowed.
– Music must not exceed the permitted decibel levels.
– Catering equipment must not cause any damage to the site.
– No installations that could harm the monuments are permitted.
The application should be submitted as early as possible to allow sufficient time for the approval process.
Approval usually takes around 15 working days and includes review by ODAP, a Board of Directors decision, advice from the Central Archaeological Council (KAS), and final approval by the Ministry of Culture. The timeline may vary depending on the type and location of the event.
After the approval decision, the fees must be paid to ODAP via bank transfer. Please note that the approval protocol number must be included on the payment slip.
